Having some nice looking appliances in the kitchen can bring a stylish look to the whole house. Dacor offers a brand new entry – the Dacor Distinctive 30-inch Dual Fuel Rance. This makes part of the Millennia line, offering a sleek stainless-steel kitchen centerpiece sure to make an impression. The range comes with six different cooking modes–Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Pure Convection, Bake, and Broil. Up top, four burners provide three different heat levels ranging from 9,500 BTU to 18.500 BTU, and the continuous platform grates make it an ease to dance pots and pans about the stovetop. You get a nice  and modern 10-key control panel and this appliance is a fashion statement.

Kenmore provides us with many high quality range hoods, some made by Broan-NuTone and others by Venmar Ventilation. Among them one stands out, the Kenmore 52340, that receives great scores in testings and it is less expensive than the others. It’s strong points are the very good performance, the higher CFM than most under-cabinet models, the fact that it is relatively quiet and the infinite fan speed adjustment.

Some of the cons are the incandescent lights and the limited features. This range hood isn’t particularly attractive, and it doesn’t include a lot of extras. The lighting is incandescent and not halogen, and the 52340 lacks the heat sensor and delayed shutoff included in more expensive models. You can get Kenmore 52340 in white, almond and black in a 30-inch width. Kenmore makes similar range hoods in 36-inch and 42-inch widths.
