Autonomous Saucier

Sometimes we wish we had a third hand to help us in the kitchen. Many recipes are quite complicated and they solicit all of our attention and all the 2 hands. It would be nice sometimes if we could get an autonomous machine to do things for us. But now, the Autonomous Saucier comes to rescue us. It looks like an alien appliance in the shape of a tripod and costs about $40 from Hammacher Schlemmer. This is one nice self-stirring saucier that measures 6 inches in height and has a diameter of 5 inches. Powered by four AA batteries, the appliance is used by placing it directly in a pot and setting it in motion. The stainless steel legs are tipped with silicone rubber feet that spin and revolve, keeping sauce from burning on the bottom of the pan. It resists to a maximum of 572 degrees and has 3 speed settings.
