GE GTS18FBSWW refrigerator is a budget priced freezer that has no ice or water dispenser but comes with nice basic features. The shelves can be easily adjusted, the coils do not need cleaning and the noise level is quite acceptable. It is available in white and bisque, but not in black or stainless steel. It is perfect for a small family or single people. Its pros are the low price, the reliability, the gallon storage in the door and the fact that it can easily fit in a small kitchen. On the downside, it is not Energy Star compliant and has limited features.
